To clean all those difficult areas like stairways, corners and closets, you would be much better with a canister cleaner since it has lot of helpful attachments that will make your job easier. Canister vacuums are not heavy at all, you can pull them with no effort at all and slide over different surfaces while avoiding all those obstacles on the floor. If you need to carry it on stairs there is a special floor tool that inserts into the integrated wand holder so the vacuum can be picked up.

This is one main advantage in comparison to upright vacuums which tend to be heavier models, making them more difficult to lift and balance on stairways. Canister vacuums are much easier to store because they are compact.

The most well known brand for vacuum cleaners these days is Kirby. Their strongest part is the motor which is powering their canister vacuums, made in their own factories. The motors that have up 1200 Watts are improving the performance of these vacuum cleaners. When you take that into consideration, you can see how these vacuums are quiet. The reason for this is a good motor design which is combined with suspension and good motor seal so you can do your vacuuming and be able to hear the doorbell in the same time. We recommend you look more into Kirby G5 and Kirby G6 vacuum cleaners.

From the large range of vacuums to choose from it can be difficult to know which model will suit you and your needs. It will mostly be conditioned by the area size you are going to clean and what kind of surfaces you will be cleaning. Choosing a vacuum cleaner for your house means that you will have to decide between the upright and a canister vacuum. I advise you to examine the strengths and disadvantags of each vacuum cleaner types. Canister vacuums are small, efficient and adequate for most homes, and are suited for hard surfaces and light carpets. These models have suction control installed that is great for tiles, carpets, rugs and wooden floors. Uprights are heavier, needed for more serious work and are specialized for certain tasks.

If you care for your vacuum cleaner and service it regularly, it will last you for years. Since there are many different models and brands available, it is hard to choose the right vacuum cleaner that would suit you. A Kirby G5 or G6 cleaners are one of better choices. You will have much easier vacuuming if you do some research and choose a vacuum cleaner you know something about.
